1. Retrieve previous radiotherapy DICOM plans, dose and structure files for cumulative dose assessment
2. Provide the latest nasopharyngeal MRI and systemic staging images to define recurrence extent
3. Organise recurrence pathology and original diagnostic reports to distinguish recurrence from radiation injury
4. List bleeding, necrosis, hearing changes and medicines to assess re-irradiation risk
