Vebreltinib: PTPRZ1-MET fusion high-grade glioma: consultation records checklist

1. Bring initial and recurrence pathology, IDH results and slides available for review to confirm eligible pathology
2. Provide the complete PTPRZ1-MET fusion report to avoid treating other MET abnormalities as the same target
3. Organise original contrast-enhanced MRI images and surgery and radiotherapy records to assess recurrence and local treatment needs
4. List chemotherapy, steroids, antiseizure medicines and neurological changes to coordinate medication and supportive care
