Bring full echocardiography reports and available image files. Also include existing heart CT, coronary investigations and previous procedure records.
Questions for the clinical team
Ask which options the heart team is comparing and why one may be preferred. Discuss procedural risks, the need for medicines and monitoring afterward, and the implications of any existing heart devices.
